Real Abstract Project – Post # 5
If God Loves Me, Why He Disciplines Me?
“Because the Lord disciplines those he loves…” Proverbs 3:12a
(I haven’t posted an abstract picture for weeks… And also, they changed the resource online where I would take the questions and answers from Dr. David Jeremiah… Well, I remembered this question and another one that I’ll probably use on the next post. And remember, God loves you. He always has, He always will.)

If God Loves Me, Why Can’t I Always Believe It?
“This,” said the Lord, “is so that they may believe that the Lord, the God of their fathers—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob—has appeared to you.” Exodus 4:5
One of Satan’s most effective strategies is to undermine our understanding of the love of God. He knows that as soon as we stumble or encounter painful obstacles, he only needs to whisper to get our attention. ~ Dr. David Jeremiah
(I knew since yesterday that today’s picture would be an abstract one because I wanted to take this kind of picture today… So, I did!)

If God Loves Me, Why Can’t I Feel It?
“But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved.” Ephesians 2:4-5
There are many people in this world who believe for one reason or another that God does not love them. The is truth that God is love, and that He deeply, stubbornly, and eternally insists on loving every individual on the face of the planet. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you have done. God’s love even includes people you may have trouble loving. As a matter of fact, God loves you. ~ Dr. David Jeremiah
(God has just being so good… and that doesn’t mean life is not hard… On the opposite… life (my life) lately has been really hard… but at the same time I know that God is somehow taking care of it all even when I can’t feel it… I gotta trust Him… Just this picture today proves that God loves me… Well, it is a picture of the ceiling at my job… after working 10 hours straight I sat down I took a picture of the ceiling… He knows how much is project means to me and how I do everything I can to make sure I take a picture everyday… And, yes, you can still see His beautiful creation even looking at a ceiling…)

If God Loves Me, When Did God’s Love for Me Begin?
“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.” Psalms 139:13
God designs us for our days even as He designs our days for us, writing our future in His book even before it comes to pass. As God was forming you, He was watching over you in love. Everything God does, including overseeing the development of an unborn human child, is carried out in love. Nothing but love can account for God seeing us as redeemed in Jesus Christ even before we were conceived, born, or had committed any sin.
(Okay, here we go with the first post from the idea I shared on Day 249. I decided to call the this “Real Abstract Project”. Real because God’s love is real and abstract because the photos will be sort of “abstract”. So, the book that I got will only be release on Oct 2nd but on the website I have accesses to all the chapter summaries. There are 10 chapters with questions like the one above. I’ll choose the verse and I’ll just past the summary of the chapter, and again the book is from Dr. David Jeremiah. Another part of this project is the idea of me getting loose with the photos as well as not having any other restriction regarding posting… meaning, I can post about this project whenever I feel like! Okay! I guess that’s all for today!!! Let’s see when the next post will come!!! Blessings! And remember, God loves you. He always has, He always will.)

“… for God is love” 1 John 4:8b
(Ok, I would like to introduce you to my new project that I’m finishing up putting together now as I write! Pablo Buitrago, a fellow blogger posted his #261 post and I had it stuck in my mind… I thought it was a cool idea and that I would somehow come up with something similar… I guess today is the day! Well, first of all I love the idea of abstract… I’m mainly an abstract painter and I get it you know… Is like the beauty of hidden feelings type of thing for me… So, in this project I’ll be shooting abstract things… I’ll let myself loose and try to see the abstract within the real… I will also let myself crop the images in addition to adjusting the levels and that’s all for editing… Now talking about the verses that I plan on post… I was doing some research and ended up on Dr. David Jeremiah’s website and he has a new book called “God Loves You: He Always Has—He Always Will” where he will answer these kind of questions: If God Loves Me, Why Can’t I Feel It? and If God Loves Me, Why Do I Run From Him? and more… So basically is about God’s love for us. Now, how does the abstract idea of the photos tied with God’s love? Well, I think that we know that God’s love is real but sometimes it seems so abstract to us that we just can’t figure it out… and let’s face it… we all go through that at some point in our lives… I’ll also let myself loose here and post about it when I feel like and I just ordered the book now so I have to wait till it comes… So, I guess is not only about the concept of God’s love with the abstract idea but also is about me getting loose in many aspects! Believe me… I need these 3 things at this time… Let’s see how it goes… I just need a name for it… Any ideas??)
