Day 361 – He sees us!

“You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.” Psalms 139:15-16

(I’ve been wanting to take a picture of a baby for a quite long time… and today my little baby cousin Julia was born! I had the privilege to be there with my uncle and aunt! What a beautiful and blessed baby!!! What a great way to be reminded that God see us still…)

 

Day 344 – Isaiah 40:8

“The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.” Isaiah 40:8

Day 336 – One month later

“He marks out the horizon on the face of the waters for a boundary between light and darkness” Job 26:10

(Is hard to believe… A month ago I was taking a picture in Revere Beach, MA… Today I’m in Brazil in Jardim Camburi Beach… And I finally stepped in the beach… Even tough I’m in a tropical country, I haven’t been to the beach yet… This picture call tell you why. It has been raining a lot… The weather here is as crazy as New England weather… and on top of that we are still adapting… and taking it very slow… But this afternoon I just had to go there… It is indeed a beautiful beach and the sky was so dramatic creating a contrast between light and darkness…)

Day 198 – True friend!

“And so it happened just as the Scriptures say: “Abraham believed God, and God counted him as righteous because of his faith.” He was even called the friend of God.” James 2:23

(God has been just so good to me… I’ve been working a lot especially on Mondays… but He still makes a way so I can take a picture… even if is on the road going back home… What a beautiful sunset! I finally got home after a long day and tuned in on the Christian radio I listen to and the song “Friend of God” was playing… And I feel that… like, He is been such a great friend to me… I hope that through my faith in Him he can also call me friend!)

Day 191 – Known by Him!

“The Lord is good, a stronghold in day of trouble; He knows those who take refuge in Him.” Nahum 1:7

(This verse was the first thing I read this morning… and the only think I could say was “how beautiful!
