Day 202 – Secret garden

“The Lord will comfort Israel again and have pity on her ruins. Her desert will blossom like Eden, her barren wilderness like the garden of the Lord. Joy and gladness will be found there. Songs of thanksgiving will fill the air.” Isaiah 51:3

(I remembered the first time I watched the movie The Secret Garden. I was probably around 10 years old and something that I watched on the movie stayed inside of me… I didn’t remembered the story per say but I carried the feeling I got from it trough my whole life… I watched it again today after so many years… and now I know why I used to draw a swing with a hat on when I was a child… Somehow when I watched for the first time I grasped the magic of it… I think that gardens bring us back to the creation and that must be something is us that drive us to it… It was at a garden where God chose the first humans to live and if it wasn’t for sin we would’ve been there… The good thing is that God is still offering this garden to us everyday and He will make as blossom and just like in a garden we will be filled with joy!)

Day 129 – Our compassionate Father

Day 123 – We are forgiven!

Color and Theme Project: Week 1 – Color: Purple – Theme: Guilt

I claim this scripture to overcome guilt:

“Blessed is the one whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered. Blessed is the one whose sin the Lord does not count against them and in whose spirit is no deceit.” Psalm 32:1-2

(This is as purple as it can get today… We are still on the road. We had a bit of an issue with the car and while they were trying to solve the problem, I was taking pictures! This one was take in Florida but I don’t know exactly where… The car is fine now but we are about 3 hours behind on your schedule, but is ok! It has been a great trip and thank God for technology!!!)

Day 120 – Remember me…

“Remember me, Lord, when you show favor to your people; come near and rescue me.” Psalms 106:4

Day 114 – Comforting rain…

Day 86 – A new garden
