Color and Theme Project: Week 4 – Color: Red – Theme: Loneliness
I claim this scripture to overcome loneliness:
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” Isaiah 43:2
(I took some many pictures today… from flowers to playgrounds, buildings, red shoes, red bench… anything of any color… but nothing had really spoken to me… I got to a point that I told God: “What a difficult day…”
I knew I wanted to post this verse today and somehow I wanted the picture to have sort of a moving feeling but it was all in the back of my mind and throughout the day I had forgotten about it… I was then finally coming home and I just couldn’t resist the sunset… and again more and more pictures… But then, I got the red light… and in a split of a second it all made sense… We gotta stop thinking that we are alone… He is with us through it all… 🙂
Now, is that picture okay for the project or not??? Or should I waive it???)

Color and Theme Project: Week 4 – Color: Red – Theme: Loneliness
I claim this scripture to overcome loneliness:
“… and surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:20b
(I know… there is more green than red… I did take some other flowers pictures but I had to choose this one just because something had happened and made me feel so lonely… and I decided not to fight to not post it…)
Color and Theme Project: Week 4 – Color: Red – Theme: Loneliness
I claim this scripture to overcome loneliness:
“The Lord your God in your midst, the Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.” Zephaniah 3:17
(What a beautiful verse! I was at the train station this morning and I see this woman wearing the red coat… I knew then that was the picture for today… I hope that for the next days we learn together that God is here with us… always!)
