Day 302 – Stained Glass

“You must be blameless before the Lord your God.” Deuteronomy 18:13

(Yesterday was my last Sunday… My last day at my church where I attended for over 11 years. Church became family and home… This stained glass is there… The symmetry of the church amazes me… I used to sit on the altar when no one was there and just admire the house of God and it’s symmetry… I imagined all the work was put on (I think over 100 years ago) to build this amazing place and what a privileged to be there all those years… This verse was from the preaching… God is good, faithful, loving, merciful… I thank Him for this beautiful place I call “my church”.)

Day 190 – Praise Him!

“Praise the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens.” Psalms 150:1

(I’m a project person and I love music… too bad that I can’t sing or play, but I still need music like everyday! I was thinking yesterday that I needed another project for the blog… something that wouldn’t be too long but interesting enough to keep me focused… So, this morning I went to church and I always go to the sanctuary and usually there is no one there. I saw the keyboard and the project came to my mind… I will take pictures of music instruments for 7 Sundays and post verses related to praising and worshiping God! I’ll call it the “Sunday Praise Project”!

We all now the importance of worshiping God and I hope to make it even more present in my daily life!

Blessings!)

Day 128 – Almost home…

Color and Theme Project: Week 1 – Color: Purple – Theme: Guilt

I claim this scripture to overcome guilt:

“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” Romans 8:1

(Last stop before getting home…)

Day 113 – Delight!

“Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalms 37:4

Day 107 – Fascinated by it!

“And if God cares so wonderfully for flowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith?” Luke 12:28

(We can surely say that spring is the season that God surprises us the most… well, at least He has been surprising me… one day there is nothing there, the next day at the same place you just see a such a beautiful splash of color… That happened to me on Sunday morning on my way to church I saw this tree and the color of the flowers just fascinated me…   I knew right there that I wanted to capture it… So, I took this picture is morning… the verse or just came to my heart… now it feels complete…)

Day 106 – Sunday morning

“Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever.” Psalms 106:1

(They showed up at church… made me happy!!)
